SWK Ghana is a youth-focused nonprofit founded in Accra, Ghana. We empower young people aged 15–35 to lead sustainable change through programs in agribusiness, climate action, circular economy, technology, and community development.
Founded in 2024, our vision is a thriving Africa where empowered youth shape resilient communities and rewrite the future of the continent.

Our first in-person flagship event: a free, half-day summit for young people aged 15 to 35. One morning, four phases — a keynote, a rapid-fire panel of working agribusiness voices, a hands-on Agribusiness Model Canvas workshop, and a youth pitch showcase.
